Some people say that a smile is worth a thousand words. And we couldn’t agree more! Your smile and teeth are one of those things that we notice first when we look at a person. And there is nothing more appealing than white, healthy teeth and a good smile.

Keeping your teeth white and clean will help you be more self-confident and you will definitely make a good first impression. Many people go to their dentists for teeth whitening, and this goes especially for Americans. People in America spend loads of money on teeth whitening products every year. However, these treatments can be really costly and not everyone can afford them.

Luckily for us, there are many natural ways to whiten our teeth that can replace all of those expensive treatments and products, and also spare us the discomfort of going to the dentist. Sometimes these natural whitening techniques include everyday things that we have lying around our house. The particular treatment mentioned in this article requires the use of baking soda and aluminum foil.

Below you can see the video tutorial by the YouTuber Radu Pasca. It is a demonstration on how to go about this easy teeth whitening method. What you need to do is get some baking soda and mix it with some of your toothpaste. Apply this mix on aluminum foil and then wrap the foil around your teeth. For the best results, leave the foil on the teeth for one hour. After the hour has passed, remove it and brush your teeth. If you want to whiten your teeth quickly and effectively, repeat this two times a day during a whole week.

What you need to bear in mind is that doing this treatment too frequently can damage the enamel of the teeth. Therefore, avoid doing this too often. In any way, it’s best if you consult with your dentist before you try to do anything with your teeth.
